My 3 year old has been waking once a night for the last month or so. He'll settle again quickly but it then takes me ages to get back to sleep. I'm pregnant and it's killing me - I need more sleep!!
He says there are gaps in his duvet (I guess his feet are chilly) and it needs sorting. Not sure if this is what wakes him or he just noticed when he wakes.
Any idea what I can do to get him to stay asleep!!! Or solve the duvet issue?
