7 Month old wont sleep

Hi all,

Looking for some advise/handholding due to lack of sleep!

My 7 months old has only ever woken once in the night for a feed since about 4 weeks old and has been great at going straight back to sleep (I know I've been lucky) until now !
She will go to bed round 7pm goes down no problem, she was waking anywhere between 2.30 and 4.30am for her feed and then straight back in her cot until around 6/7am for the last week she has been waking at around 2.30am and doesn't really go back to sleep unless she is on you.
I've tried letting her cry it out, waiting until she is asleep and putting her back in her cot. She will only let about 20 minutes and be wide awake again.

I finally break about 5.30am and she will end up in bed with us. Today she is so over tired I've just had two hours of screaming to get her to sleep. She normally has about 2 and half to 3 hours most days.

Thanks

You are not alone. No advice I'm afraid - we're 22m along and only slightly improved on night wake ups. Is the room temperature comfortable?

Yeah it's round 18 to 20. The same as it has always been, nothing has changed. I'm kinda hoping it's the 8 month sleep regression early and it will only last a week or two.
I'm due back at work soon and so worried how I'm going to cope on no sleep. My husband and I are going to have to take it in turns, but you are still aware the baby is up. I think it's a mum thing. He is at work in the week and does all the weekend nights so I do get a rest.
