Sleeping with a cold

My DD 15m currently has a cold and runny and blocked nose.
She is waking so much and so upset and she is so tired but her breathing is clearly waking her and shes struggling to fall back to sleep.

Last night she was trying to fall asleep for 2.5 hours before she finally managed to (i was cuddling her etc)

Just wondered if anybody had any tips to help her?

Just all the usual stuff really - at that age you can use Vicks and Olbas Oil. Prop her up a bit for sleeping. Calpol if she has sore throat or head or ears. Hope she feels better soon x
