6 weeks into sleep regression :(

Can anyone offer me some hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel?

DD is 6 weeks into the 4 month sleep regression and it feels like things are getting worse rather than better. I’ve asked for advice here before and from friends but nothing is working. Have basically tried everything but CC and moving her into solids.

I’ve had such an awful night and am so chronically sleep deprived. Please tell me this is not forever.

My DS has just emerged from the other side of this after six weeks of hell. He slept like a newborn and I felt awful in every possible way. But it did end and we're okay now!

Well, apart from a bit of a cot nap battle but I think being bothered about where your baby sleeps is an advanced sleep worry. I would've happily put him in the oven if I thought he'd sleep a few weeks ago!

Once DD started waking up 10 times a night and feeding every 2 hours, we did some gentle sleep training. She was 5 months old. I decided I'd give her a dream feed and a feed any time after 3am. It honestly took 2 nights and she's slept OK since.
