Hello Mumsnet

I'm a representative of the Sleep Language and Memory lab at the University of York and one of the things we are most interested in is "baby brain"/"mummy brain" or anyone who feels like a "mombie"!

Some of the questions we are looking at are:
(1) how much evidence is there for baby brain?
(2) which aspects of cognition does poor sleep affect (e.g., mood, memory)?
(3) how much sleep impairment is necessary?

We'd love to answer any questions you have, hear your opinions on the matter, and hopefully try out our memory game, which can be done when you have time and from the comfort of your own home!

For anyone wanting to help out, here's the only link you need:

Best wishes
