32 degrees in DS room

So it’s 32 degrees in DS room .... the whole house is unbearable. Not sure what else I can do but worried it’s too hot.

He’s in just a nappy and nothing else. Window open, fan on, door open. All the lights are off in the house, blinds shut with windows open. It’s just hot outside - still 31 degrees.

He’s sweating - as are we.

Any ideas?

Same in our house. Dd has a vest on though as we were told it helps regulate her temperature better than nothing but a nappy.

Try putting a bowl of ice (if you have any) in front of the fan. You can also put a cold wet flannel on front of fan as well.
It helps a bit, we did it on holiday last year.

I’m in the same boat! Except baby is 5.5 months and is in with us (next to me).

I tried just nappy but he wouldn’t settle (usually I just put him in the cot and he snoozes until 7am) and kept throwing himself about. So put 0.5 bag on. Sweating buckets. Took bag off. Throwing self about. Ughhhhh.

Tonight I’m going for the vest and his 0.2 bag is arriving tomorrow!

It's no help now, but in future keep the curtains closed whenever the sun is shining on the window, and more importantly keep the windows shut whenever the temperature outside is higher than you want the room to be.
Once the outside temp drops, open them again.
