Sleeping in car (neck support)

DD 17 months fell asleep in the car this afternoon. I noticed that whilst she was asleep her head looked at a really uncomfortable position which has got me now looking at head/neck supports

When she sleeps in the push chair and stroller I can simply adjust the seat to all the way back so her head doesn't lean forwards but I can't in the car

I can find things like this online which are great from stopping a child's head from falling to either side whilst sleeping but DD sometimes has her head forwards, I'm not sure these would stop that?

Post a link if you have something that works

TIA
