Help with wind/tummy trouble for 4 1/2 month old

For the past couple of nights, and on and off before that, my baby has been waking around 5am being very fidgety, lifting and dropping legs or waving arms and making her legs very stiff as if she's trying to poo. I've tried bicycle legs rocking her hips from side to side to try to help, and a bit of tummy massage, but this doesn't seem to help! I'm not sure what else I can do to help? I was wondering if it was to do with timing of feeds (and me not winding properly), but feeds prior to this can vary in time, sometimes around 1am, sometimes also around 3:30. I'm breastfeeding, but do try to feed with her head higher than hips generally, and hold her upright for 10 mins at night before putting her down.
Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

If she's not upset (not crying) just fidgeting then it's probably not wind related, just trying to get back to sleep.

I guess it could be, but she does seem in a bit of discomfort, sorry should have added that she pulls her knees up to her stomach like she has a bit of tummy pain. She does start off just grunting a bit but then it does start to turn into a cry, but to be honest I've not left her too long so not sure how much she would cry.
