Can't believe it's the third child and I still don't know what I'm doing!

Everyone said the third child Would just 'fit in' and sleep wherever and whenever. But DS3 hasn't got the memo. He's the worst sleeper out of the 3 of them- will only sleep on me day and night and feeds all night long. I feel like I've tried all of my strategies that worked with the other 2 (never good sleepers after 4 month regression but ok in the day). He is gorgeous and so happy when he's awake, but oh my word he is testing me!

Please has anyone got any suggestions that I haven't tried? DS3 is 3 months, DS1 is 4 and DS2 is 2 and all at home- I need to have some sleep to cope and be able to put DS3 down for some naps.

Main problems:
Still cluster feeding in evening and will not transfer to side sleeper cot (have purflo nest, white noise, Muslin that I wore all night for my smell). Wakes up immediately no matter how deep a sleep.

Wants constant cuddles all night and is feeding every hour or 2 (big feeds not just to resettle)

Only sleeps on me or in sling in the day. If I put him down - will wake immediately and not go back to sleep. Will not fall asleep in baby swing or bouncer.

Will not sleep in pram or car- at all- will scream blue murder even if I put him in asleep.

Has now decided to refuse his bottle (used to have 1 bottle a day).

I've pretty much gone with the flow up until now and chucked him in the sling and let him sleep whether at home or out. But I'm beyond exhausted and not expecting miracles but would like maybe 1 nap not on me and a couple of hours in the night where he sleeps in his bed.

As far as I'm aware no reflux issues - no sickness or colic. Had tongue tie which was snipped at 8 days old- and bf now
Exclusively. Feeds beautifully. Have tried white noise, dummies, swaddling- all to no avail.

Haven't found our health visitors helpful (mostly because we had no one ever visit us).

Can anyone help?

Hi OP, I feel for you! I've just had my third DS too he's 7 weeks.
DS3 is actually the best sleeper of my 3 so far but DS2 was very much like your little one and a big baby so the sling all day was back breaking.
I used to let him nap in the middle of my bed when he was too young to roll anywhere. Feed to sleep lying down and then sneak away. At first I'd get 20 mins before he woke up but the more I did it the longer he went.

He had a dummy too and I used to dip it in gripe water which had a magic effect at settling him! (Tip from another mum). I've found gripe water a life saver for all my 3 they loved it.

Also a bit of massage on his tummy/leg cycling etc for wind would do wonders in calming him even if he didn't have wind.
