My friend has twin boys of 7 months, she went on hols for a month and her routine went out of the window. Now she's back home they will only have 2 30mins naps during the day and keep waking in the night. She has tried cc but can't take hearing them cry, so has given up. They are well into weaning and still drink plenty of milk. They used to sleep through the night from 10.30pm-7am and had 2 naps that lasted an hour at least. Any suggestions welcome.

I am having exactly the same problem with my DD. Having got back from a 10 day trip to see my family, DD (10 months) has stopped sleeping at all during the day and can't stay down for more than 30 mins at night.
She keeps waking and can't get back to sleep without being held. She then wakes up as soon as she's put down.
Last night I finally gave up and left her to cry at 1:30 am after trying to get her to sleep since 9:30pm.
I guess it must be jet lag, but I have no idea how to deal with it or how long it will last.
