My baby won't sleep in her cot anymore!

Hey guys,
My one year old daughter used to sleep well in her cot but for the past 3 weeks or so she just won't settle in her cot at all! As soon as she gets in she sits up crying out, it's affected both her day time nap and night time sleep.
Has anyone experienced this before? Have you found anything that helped get baby back into the routine of sleeping in her cot.
Help a tired desperate mum out pleaseeee 😂

Its really important yo develop some independence of movement in the cot at this age.

So, for example, always put baby into the cot stood up. Tap mattress and tell baby to lie down. Likewise when sitting up, get baby to lie down independently and without help. Luckily at this age babies/toddlers are mega keen to show how clever they are and please you by following instruction. Practice in the daytime with instruction-giving play.

Past that, might be a little bit of separation anxiety. I would conmitt to staying in the room as she goes to sleep. You might want to lean into the cot and put your hand on her chest/ shoulder to calm her. But ensure she stays lying down.
