9 month old sleep regression?

My LG is just coming up for 10 months old and all of a sudden, has gone from waking maybe once a night max, to waking after 3 or 4 hours and taking an hour - 2 to get back to sleep.

I know she can self settle, she naps well, she's been cracking until now and now we're having midnight sessions of Bing and Moon & Me lol

I know TV isn't great for sleeping but at midnight when fighting a screaming baby just upsets everyone, if it chills her out so she'll sit quietly, I don't mind because she does eventually nod off and if I try and keep her in the dark or in her room, she just screams.

I'm pretty sure this is to do with them learning new things physically? She's crawling, pulling herself up and all sorts right now.

Wondering if anyone else has had this too? x

How's she going now?

Does baby go to sleep with the TV on at bedtime? It's not a great habit to fall into, an audiobook or background music would be better.

What do you do to help her sleep before putting the TV on? What strategies do you use when she's previously has an off-night if she was poorly or similar?
