What to use after Moses basket?

My girl is 8 week old so I still have a while to go yet I think but what can we use after she has grown out of her Moses basket ? I know some people like to put their child into their own bedroom at six months but I think we would like her to stay in our room until she is 12 months but the cot that's in her room is too big to mess around with trying to put it in our bedroom, I have seen cribs but they don't really look much bigger than a Moses basket to be honest.

Crib won't last that long. Travel cot? Buy a cot to assemble in your room?

Cribs dont really last much longer than moses baskets, as you say, they are around the same size.

I'd suggest moving furniture around in your room to fit the full sized cot in. Remove a chest of drawers out of your room and into the nursery, if needed.

You can remove one side off most full sized cots to make a sidecar cot, see image.

My son outgrew Moses basket by 3 months so I got a small wooden crib for in our room. Bought off Facebook but it was from mothercare but It was similar to this one from
John Lewis but didn’t swing
