Sleep regression or something else?

Hi everyone,
My DD2 is 19 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. Shes slept like a champ since about 4 weeks old, often giving me 6/7hr stints at night, which I was so lucky with, I realise.
Anyway, since 3months old, her sleep has gotten steadily worse, often waking every 3hrs and only rarely giving me longer stints. I'm lucky that she self settles herself to sleep both naptimes and at bedtime. I make sure she has regular naps - totalling between 3.5 and 4hrs and with a bit of trial and error, have realised she can't go longer than 1.5hrs between her last nap and bedtime. This last week, she had started sleeping 7.30 til midnight/1 then up again at 5 which was amazing and thought the regression was coming to an end. But the last three nights, shes started waking every 2/3hrs again and up wide awake at 3am for an hour, which is so unlike her as she's always been a quick feed and down again.

Are these nights due to regression or is there something else I should be doing to encourage her good sleep patterns of before?

How have naps been these last couple of days @MamatobeFeb20?
