3 years old never sleeps alone

My 3 yo won't sleep her own bed for the whole night

She will fall asleep then in the middle of the night wake up crying and insisting she comes in my room

Any advice on this ?

My 3 yo sleeps in my bed for the whole night! Don't really have any advice I guess, because it doesn't bother me. I'm she'll grow out of it though.

It's great that she falls to sleep in her own bed at bedtime, that is a strong positive in your situation and will make it easier to get her staying in her own bed all night.

Really the answer to this just comes down to consistency. You need to be really fast to respond to her getting out of bed and return her back to bed straight away, even in the middle of the night when you're tired (which I know is hard to do!)

She may push against this happening, but you just need to be compassionate but firm until she realises that you wanting her to sleep in her own bed is because you love her and want the best for her. And (importantly) that it's not optional.

Is she scared of anything in the bedroom? It might be worth making sure she has a nightlight it lamp so she isn't scared.
