Toddler still not sleeping through

22 months and still needing input most nights, often twice (lost teddy, kicked blanket off- won't wear sleeping bag, or some mystery problem causing her to cry). She wakes up at the crack of dawn too. I am so thoroughly bored of it. She has an ok bedtime routine- bath, story, in to bed at same time, settles to sleep on her own while we tidy downstairs).

Any tips?

I'd suggest reintroducing a (summer weight) sleeping bag. Make sure you use the zip-up-the-middle type and not poppers-on-the-shoulder type for a toddler.

Lost stuff in bed, what about having a lamp on so it's not dark and she can fund stuff? Indeed, her inventing reasons to need reassurance could well be down to being scared of the dark. Night lights don't offer much light, she might prefer a proper lamp. Or we have a dinner switch on the main overhead light and have it on but dimmed down at night.
