Sleep training success....or is it???

Hi everyone. I am a mamma to a little 9.5month girl. Shes never been a great sleeper and it got to 9 months and we had had enough of sleepless nights. So bit the bullet and did sleep training of a form of cc. We weren't planning on cc but our minimum time to leave her settle, we never had to go in and soothe her so between 5-15 mins of crying and she would be asleep and started sleeping till morning!

Then on day 2 of this programme we learnt to crawl....and now I think teething again.

Although she is self settling now she seems to have in the last week developed a couple of things I just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced.

  1. She has started, as soon as we walk in room for her nap or after her story and playtime at bedtime, to cry before I've even put her in her cot. At nap times she cries when I draw the curtain as she knows shes going in her cot.
  1. When shes crying she either lies down or gets on her knees and rocks back and forward. To the point that she keeps bumping her head on the cot which means we have to go in an soothe her.

Anyone else experience this?

Also, on the sleep training success stories, did baby still cry when put down?

Thanks in advance from a stressed mamma!
