My baby has always slept for 12hrs solid...since 8 months he now wakes up at 5am on the dot. He goes to bed at 7pm and have tried making this later but no luck he still wakes up at that time.
He has never been a great daytime sleeper but has 2/3 naps a day ranging from 20mins to 45mins.
I am due to go back to work next week and could really do with some tips on making him sleep in longer than 5am. I am in a one bed flat with him so he has to be in my bedroom so it’s very hard to just ignore 😬
