Constant crying throughout the night

My 1 year old, for the last few months, has been crying during the night when she's asleep, i try leaving her for a few minutes but she doesn't stop, so I go to her, and her eyes are part open but not fully awake. I tuck her back in her blanket (sleeping bag is a no go as she gets her clammy feet stuck) and put her dummy in if it has come out (normally she still has it). This is happening multiple times during the night, not just once or twice, every night for months. She doesn't seem to be hungry, can anyone help with this as I'm starting to get worn out with it all and cannot help.

Is she kicking herself out of the blanket and getting cold? We had that issue with DD and it was a nightmare, eventually we fixed it by getting a sleepingbag so she was nice and cosy. Could you get an extra long one so her feet don't get stuck?

It is so hot in ours at the moment so I don't think its that, I've tried changing what she wears to see if that helps incase she was too hot/cold, but she was still the same. I really don't know what else to do, I'm exhausted and she is so tired even when she's only been up an hour or so.

Possible night terrors ? My 4 year old used to get them, he would scream and be hysterical but wasn't actually awake it went on for months. I just had to perservere until it stopped. I usually would wake him up or put him in my bed
