My LO just turned one and I've found myself in the feeding to sleep ritual. But I'm finding it is getting harder to get her to sleep, even when feeding, especially during the day.
This morning she woke as soon as I put her down in the cot and then cried for over an hour. I kept trying to calm her and put her back down but she would not stop. She's also waking herself up because she won't stop standing up in the crib.
Any tips greatly appreciated. I feel I need to stop feeding her to sleep and teach her to self settle but I don't know where to start.
