4 month sleep regression - any advice?

Does anyone have any advice on how to survive this period?
My baby was sleeping from 7pm-4am then went back down 445am-630am but for the past two weeks he's been up every two hours after midnight and I'm really struggling!
He has about 3 hours worth of naps during the day with no sleeping after 430pm, and eats well.
Please tell me there is light at the end of the tunnel?? 🙏🏼

I am also in the midst of the regression. I can’t seem to keep my boy up any later than 5:30 at the moment and it’s stressing me out! And he wakes around 11/12 and is then waking 2-3 hours until 5:30am.... but between the 2-3 hour wakings he stirs constantly and I have to pop his dummy in otherwise he wakes up..... argh!

There is light at the end of the tunnel, then you got the next regression, then the next one but then you get through it
