Lockdown sleep issues

18month old Dd has never been a sleeper but we are really struggling since lockdown.
The last few nights she hasn't gone to sleep until 920, and is up from 630 with a good few night wakes. We cosleep which makes the night bearable (mostly!) but bedtime is a long drawn out battle. She naps 1-2hrs at about 1pm which I think is too late but I can't get her to sleep earlier. If we shorten the nap it doesn't really help bedtime, although sometimes she will sleep a little later in the morning which just puts bedtime later again. Is this a lockdown thing? We try to get her running around as much as possible but I think she's just under stimulated. Help!

Yes same problem here, fighting bedtime & nap time & ridiculously late bedtime. I’m putting it down to lack of stimulation during lockdown, plus the lighter evenings x
