My 6 month old DD has always been a good sleeper since she was around 3 months old, but now she's turned 6 months bedtime has become an absolute nightmare!

Once I put her down for the night she will start screaming and sobbing inconsolably until I pick her up and she immediately stops.. DH can't calm her down at all, it has to be me!

We haven't changed her bedtime routine at all other than the fact we've recently moved her to her own room.

She ends up sleeping next to me in our bed but this isn't ideal for obvious reasons.

Does anyone have any tips as to how we can get back to having a decent night?!

We are having 6 month sleep problems too. Little man would sleep 8-6 from 3 months now he will go to bed fine but wake up multiple times in the night. It's been going on for 2 weeks now. I'm hoping it's just a phase and hoping it will end soon and go back to normal. I'm trying to let him self soothe but it tough when he's crying and I'm so tired. I do find myself offering him his tummy as I know he will go back to sleep quicker, but don't want him to get used to it. Feeling a bit lost as to what to try next or just ride it out?!
