4 month daytime sleep regression?

Hi all.

My dd has just gone 4 months old. We have been insanely lucky and she has been sleeping for 12 hours through the night for the past 4/5 weeks.

Over the past week, she is (luckily) still sleeping through the night but daytime naps are becoming a bit for a battle. Previously, she napped at 9.30-10.30 then again from 1-2.30 and maybe 30 mins somewhere around 5ish. Now she is fighting naps all the time and screaming because of over tiredness, yesterday she slept for 40 mins from 10am to bedtime. When I can eventually settle her, she can and has slept through her next feed.

She is ff and takes 210ml 5 times a day 7am, 10am, 1.30pm, 4pm and 7pm.

I'm not sure if this is sleep regression or a grow spurt - should I increase her feeds but do less of them? 240/260ml but only 4 times a day?

Any advice massively appreciated. Thank you.
