Sleep schedule help for 6 month old

I would really appreciate some feedback on my 6 month old's routine. She is always happy after her morning and lunch nap but cranky after late afternoon nap and continues to be for the next few hours until bedtime. Think this might need to be an earlier nap?!
She always settles to sleep well at 7pm and sleeps through until 5am. 5-7am she wakes frequently and is unsettled but is still tired.
If anyone could share their own schedules that would be much appreciated. Thank you!

7am up
9-10am nap (does 30-40 mins)
12-2 nap (does 1.5 - 2 hours)
4-5 nap (does 30-40mins)
7pm bed

My DS is 9 months now and he's been on the same schedule for a while.

Just naps
4:30-6:30 - Wake up.
9-10 - 30/40 minute nap.
1-2:30/3 - nap
7pm - bed

Thanks! So does he just have two naps then? Does he manage well with the long gap between last nap and bedtime?

Yes he only has two naps. Yes he does in all honesty. He has his dinner around 4:30/5 and by the time he has finished that and had his bath brings us to around 6ish so has an hour play before bed.
When he wakes from his afternoon nap he also plays for us it breaks up the time a lot and he loves throwing his toys everywhere Grin
