6 month old unsettled 5-7am

My 6 month old is in a 7am to 7pm routine but wakes up frequently between 5-7am. I’ve tried early and later bedtimes but she still wakes up at 5.
She settles to sleep no problem with dummy and when it falls out she continues to sleep through until 5. I know I’m lucky she sleeps for 10 hours straight but she’s clearly still tired as she plays for a bit then tries to self settle but fails and starts crying then instantly falls back to sleep when I put dummy in. Sometimes I’m in and out her room every 10 minutes putting dummy back in until 7am.

During the day she has around a total of 3 hours sleep. She wakes up like clockwork after 30 minute morning nap and is always cheerful and won’t go back to sleep. At lunchtime she wakes a couple of times and I have to pop dummy in but she always goes straight back to sleep and wakes cheerful. Late nap is another 30 minutes only but she’s always cranky on waking and spends 5-7pm grumpy. Her sleep schedule is below, would appreciate any advice on this. I plan to wean her off dummy soon so she can self settle. Thank you!

7am up and feed
9-10am nap (sleeps 30 mins of this, plays content until time to get up)
10am up and feed
12-2 nap (often wakes by 1.30)
1.30/2pm up and feed
4-5 nap (sleeps 30 mins of this, cranky on waking)
5pm up and feed
6.30 -7pm bath, feed and bed.

I'd say the late afternoon nap is too late, and I hate to say it but lose the dummy. Once she knows it's not coming back she will forget about it very soon. I did both of these things around 6 months (nap at 3.30-4pm and took dummy) and it made a great difference. Good luck!

Thanks for your advice. Definitely going to lose the dummy as it's not helping things. I'll try an earlier late nap, thank you!

You're welcome, I remember the "I'm so dazed from sleep loss I don't know who I am" stage. It was fun. ThanksWineGin for you :-)
