Good evening,
My dd has just turned 1 and we still havent had a full nights sleep 😴😴😴😴!! Lately shes started waking in her cit and not settling back for ages.....she just wants me or my dh there holding her hand!! We can catch up on our sleep now as we are both working fron home because of covid19 but when we have to go back to work we will be exshausted.!! I'm thinking of the little ones sleep programme.....any thoughts or experience? Thanks x

I’ve heard mixed things about that programme. I used a brilliant woman called Nicola who runs Child Sleep Solutions (you can find her on Facebook). My DS needed rocking to sleep, bottles during the night and to come into my bed. Thanks to her, he settles himself, and sleeps through on his own. I didn’t think it was possible!

Good luck with whatever you end up using x

I've just looked and their basic package is £100 🙈 which is double the little ones.....not sure that's for us x

I appreciate it’s not cheap but it’s priceless! The other thing I’d suggest is Lucy Wolfe’s book. Similar advice to what we ended up doing but without the email support. You will get there, the brilliant thing is children are re-trainable! x
