Sleep / nap routine for 12 month old

Can I ask what sleep and nap times your 1 year old has?

My son just turned 1 and he was previously napping from 9:30-10 then from 12:14/12:30 for anywhere between 1.5-3 hours and sleeping 7-7

He has started waking earlier and earlier, it's now at a pretty consistent 6am and he has started taking ages to go down for his second nap. I thought this may mean he's ready to transition to just 1 nap a day so for the last few days he's had no morning nap and gone down for lunch nap at 11:45-12pm. Sometimes he sleeps 2.5 hours but today only 1h45 mins. That doesn't sound like enough day sleep but I'm just not sure what the best thing to do is.

Any advice??!!!

My son is 13 months and he sleeps 9ish for 1 to 1.5 hours and then about 2 for an hour. It’s taking him ages to get to sleep in the afternoon as well so I thought the same, but he’s shattered on a morning so there’s no way he’d make it to 11.30 before a sleep yet.
He goes to bed at 6.30pm and wakes around 6.30am, sometimes it can be 6am and very occasionally 7am.
So he gets about 2 to 2.5 hours sleep in the day, and between 11 and 12 at night.
I think the advice is to try to cling to the 2 naps as long as possible but if he seems ready and the transition isn’t affecting his night sleep then why not try?
Someone might come along who has been through this and can offer better advice!

My LO went to 1 nap a day at 10 months. I found her morning nap started to get later & later until there wasn’t really enough time in the day for an afternoon nap too!
Currently we are 8.30pm ish to 7.30am ish with a 2 hour nap around 11.30am ish. It works well for her. I just want to shift things an hour earlier since the clocks changes but struggling with that during the lockdown x

My friend with a just turned 1yo just dropped his naps to one so he has a 2ish hour from 12 and if he wakes early, he goes to bed a little early. I think 2 hours is fine (or bed a little earlier) at that age?
