I need help,
My son is nearly 2 and still wakes in the night wanting us to go in the room... I have been trying the 'stay and support' method where you don't leave the room until they have fallen to sleep.. but this seems to have made him dependent on me being there to go to sleep. Has anyone attempted controlled crying?
Does it work and how do you do it properly?
I hate the thought of it but I'm out of options I think.

Have you thought of using a sleep consultant or reading a book such as Lucy Wolfe’s? There seem to be other options than controlled crying you could try. Good luck!
