Dropping the 11pm feed! Help!

My 6 month old DD is generally a reasonably good sleeper. 3 naps a day at scheduled times of lengths varying between 30 to 50 minutes - sometimes up to 2 hours if she's really tired. Then proper bedtime routine and bed at 7pm.

Currently we have to feed and change her at 11pm (sometimes later) so she can get through the night. She doesn't wake to feed in the night - she's almost sleeping through (will occasionally wake for a dummy) but won't without the 11pm feed. She's formula fed and we just began weaning yesterday.

I just wondered how long it was until she won't need that 11pm feed?

What was it like with your little ones? I can't wait to just put her to bed and go to bed myself at 10pm like a normal human!
