Somone help! Very sleep deprived mama here. My nearly 7 month old baby girl wakes during the night for sometimes hours. She doesnt cry just lies and makes every noise you can think of. She wriggles about in her cot, scrapes the side of the cot and sings and babbles loudly for a long time. Shes in a routine mostly during the day, has a bedtime routine and is not hungry or cold or dirty. Partner and i are both exhausted and im worried about going back to work soon if this continues. Any advice please

What do daytime naps look like? What time does she go to bed/get up in the morning?

Sounds like mine was in the 4 month sleep regression. Is she in her own room?

Sounds like she's just not tired so maybe more active play in the day or shorter naps? Or maybe lighter nights confusing her night and day - does she have a blackout blind?

She is up usually by 7am no later. These days usually earlier. Nap at 9ish for half hour. Then nap again about 1230ish for couple of hours and sometimes another 30 mins about 5 to get her through to bedtime but recently she hasnt been going for that nap and just crashing out after her bottle at 7pm and thats her for the night. I have two teenagers that have their own rooms and im only in a 3 bedroom so dont actually have a room for her to go in unfortunately.
I have a black out blind for our bedroom. Ive tried the white noise, when she wakes during the night i dont speak to her or fuss over her, have tried giving her comforter for every nap but nothing is working. Until recently she had to be held to go to sleep but last few weeks she has been put down fully awake in cot to go to sleep and takes a while but shes falling asleep on own. Thanks ladies for any suggestions
