Sleep Bag too long

I have always used a sleep bag with my son he is 10 months old and currently in a 6-12m one which is becoming very snug (he is a long baby) the next size up in the sleep bags seem to be a huge jump in size lengthwise, I ordered a H&M one and it is huge he seems comfortable in it but there is a lot of excess at the bottom which I am worried about, is this safe ?

Thanks

As long as it's fitted right around the neck, and he won't slip down then it's fine, it'll just last for ages 👍👍
