If toddler is up through the night do you let them sleep in the next day?

21 month old, she has just moved into her own room. She won’t go to sleep unless I am laying beside her. Last night she woke at 3.15am. I went in to her but she didn’t go back to sleep until 5.30am
Do I wake her at 7am & have a cranky tired girl OR let her sleep in a bit?
I let her sleep in today but now that will mess with nap time later which will mess with bedtime tonight which already takes ages. I was so tired, I needed more sleep too.
Will I ever have a child that sleeps a full night, in her own bed, all by herself?????
I just can’t leave her to cry herself to sleep.

I suppose if you wake her, you run the risk of her having a nap later and the cycle will continue. Let her sleep but not past 10 (I assume you're not in the UK as you said it's 7 where you are) or it'll be hard at night. You're doing the right thing by not letting her cry in my opinion. Good luck!

DD is 3 and she still can't sleep by herself all night. Maybe one day!

I let them sleep but not past 8:30 and then keep the rest of the day in the normal routine

I’m a believer of letting them sleep if they need it even more so if you don’t have to go anywhere. Just like us they sometimes need to catch up on sleep.
How long does she nap for in the day? If your worried about bedtime being later you could try and cut the nap short a bit

I am in the UK, 7 is just the time she would be up if I were working & we were in our usual routine.
We are in bed by 8pm every night but some nights it could be 10pm before she will go to sleep.
It’s so frustrating.
