I wasn't a fan of controlled crying as the thought of letting my nearly 9 month old cry. But I'm at the end of my tether and he's up after his dummy 3-4 sometimes more in the night for me to put his dummy back in. He goes down at 7pm lovely but he doesn't stay asleep all night. I'm exhausted and need him to sleep through the night 😞 any tips of anybody would be amazing! TIA
