Hiya,

First time mum here, baby girl due in August. I'm just looking at the minefield of baby sleeping bags! Does anyone have any recommendations on one that is multi season or did you all buy different togs for different seasons? Any advice would be great. Thank you!

Hi
I only used two for my DS a 2.5tog for winter and a 1tog for summer, these are generally what most shops/supermarkets stock as per the season. Then I dressed baby according to the temperature of the house and sleeping bag I was using. There are some really useful guides online which show what baby should be wearing like this one.

Hope this helps and good luck Smile

Haha I know there's so much stuff out there for all different things. I remember getting so much that I didn't need. I'd like to say it gets easier as you go but my DS is 20months and I still find myself second guessing every time something changes. Right now we're going from sleeping bag to duvet and my mind is in overdrive.
You'll be fine and you'll find what works for your baby girl, trust your intuition too x

Dd2 is 14 months. With her and older DD we never used baby sleep bags. Good old cellular blankets are perfect. Layer up when it's cold, use a muslin instead when it's hot. And tons cheaper

I used superloved merino all season. Expensive but you can use them all the time so worth it I guess!
