6 month old poor sleeper

At my wits end and looking for any advice or suggestions.

6 month old dd2 has never been a great sleeper other than a very brief spell when she was around 2 months.

She isn't great at napping during the day - she was better pre lockdown when I was out walking several times a day to do the school run but obviously things have changed.

Typically, she'll nap for 30 minutes in the morning, about 45 minutes at lunch and sometimes have a 45 minute nap in the buggy when I take her out about 4 pm - not always though.

She's in bed by about 6:45 as she is totally shattered by this time.

She then wakes between 9pm and 10pm for a feed, then again between 12pm and 3am and once more between 5am and 6am. She'll often then go back to sleep til 7am. At each waking she'll take 6oz which is more than she'll take during the day when getting her to take 4oz is a struggle.

Shes started weaning and loves proper food having a breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I'm pretty confident the lack of proper daytime naps is causing this cycle and while I can successfully get her to sleep (this wasn't always the case) she just won't sleep for long. She naps in her cot so in a quiet and familiar environment so no external factors are waking her.

Between the crap sleeping and having to home school her sister at the moment I'm a broken woman so any help or advice is much appreciated.
