My little girl is coming up to 17 months! And she used to nap at about 11am for about 2-3 hours now she's not napping till 1:30 but for the same amount of time. But it's now pushing 9:30 before she will go asleep at night it seems even if I do wake her earlier from her nap she's still going bed at the same time? Although I know we're w bit off our schedule with lockdown. Is it time to drop the nap xx

My 22mo still has a daytime nap at around 12.30. I personally think months is too early to drop a nap altogether. 2-3hours is a pretty long nap though. Id just make the nap slightly earlier and shorten it to 1.5hr.

Thanks so much for your advice, ideally I would like to keep her nap as in my mind if she sleeping then she needs the nap! I tried to take her up stairs with a bottle today at 12:30 but she wouldn't have any of it she was just very active and then got upset, Then took her back up at half 1 and she went straight asleep! But I will try shortening her nap to 1.5 hours see if that helps! Smile
