I am at my wits end.
9 month old is exhausted but resists naps completely in the day unless being held. I’ve tried everything including controlled crying which is totally against what I believe in but he is exhausted.
I have tried
-putting him in his cot asleep and he wakes as I put him down
-putting him in drowsy and he just cries on and off for over an hour and doesn’t sleep
I’ve tried staying in the room, leaving the room, white noise, lights on, lights off.
He really is so tired and grumpy as he just resists the naps so much
