My DD is 7.5 mo, she is a great sleeper now (after a horrendous start, we used a sleep consultant and she saved our lives!)
Normally she sleeps from around 7pm-6.30am.
Recently she has started waking up at about 5.30, chatting in her cot and going back to sleep at around 6.15 and sleeping until 7.
Obviously this isn't too bad, and I'm wondering if this slight change (which has happened for 3 nights in a row) could be the 8mo sleep regression?
Or am I mad and the 8mo sleep regression is much worse and I should be prepared for numerous night wakings etc?
