This has started since she had a fever and was too drained to do PE set by school. She's better now, but it's caused a vicious circle of being scared, not sleeping because she's scared, being too tired to take daily exercise etc. I woke her up yesterday for a cooked breakfast as an incentive to get back on to school time, she has to log in by 9.15, but this hasn't helped with falling asleep.
