Should I be waking 3 month up?

My Ds is 3 months old and started sleeping through the night a couple of weeks ago. He goes down between half 9 - half 10 then sleeps until about 6 the next morning. He then has a 7oz bottle and nappy change then goes back off for another 3 hours.

Now he's a good weight, spends all day eating and smiling and doesn't nap that much but he wakes up starving both times in the morning. Like opens his eyes and just screams until there is a bottle in his mouth. I'm wondering whether I should wake him once through the night for a feed? I feel awful that he wakes up hungry.

My dd is nearly 3 and still rarely sleeps through the night so this is all uncharted territory for me. Any advice welcome, thanks

If he is gaining weight the. No, don't wake him up.
Enjoy the sleep!

I wasn't sure what age it's okay to let them sleep through from as I know when he was first born the mw told me to wake him up for feeds.

Plus with him waking up starving, it's like tug of war getting the bottle out of his mouth to wind him and he's really upset

He's definitely gaining weight, obviously haven't had him weighed for a while with all that's going on but he was following the 50th percentile line and he's now comfortably fitting in 3-6 clothes . Dd has always been a dainty little thing but he's a chunk!

Mine wakes up crying to be fed in the morning even though he’s up every 90 minutes eating all night long 😂
