1 year old fighting day time nap

Does anyone have any advice/routines they could share for settling their LOs for a nap? My 1 year old has been kicking a real fight when I put her down for her nap for the past week or so. She can take about half hour to settle down & proper screams about it but once she goes down she sleeps for 2 hrs so obviously needs the nap! TIA x

This has been my one year old, I think it's due to the sudden weather change , I've put a black out blind on his window which has helped x

She’s started really fighting going to bed at nighttime now too... just don’t know what the problem is. I have blackout blinds already but this did start around the time the clocks changed. I’m praying it’s a phase that will pass..............
