What to wear under 4 tog duvet?

Hi, was just wondering if there are official guidelines as to what to put a toddler in under a 4 tog duvet according to temperature? Similar to what the gro company have for their sleeping bags, thanks

I dont think there are guidelines as they can kick the duvet off if they get too hot. Depends on the temperature too.
