After teething sleep

Babe has just cut her first tooth, was an absolutely horrible few days but it seems to be through now...shes been sleeping for long periods today. Is that normal after a lot of broken sleep and short naps? She is 6 months and I'm now worried she has slept too much today that she wont sleep tonight. She was up at 5am this morning and I'm exhausted.
