13 month old waking early

My 13m old has been sleeping all night But had suddenly decided to start waking at 6 am. We assumed it was getting bright mornings. Day light savings came 3 days later and she slept again. But now she’s up at 5.30 every day even though it’s dark. She’s worse than before when it was light 🤦🏻‍♀️

Me too. For me it's the birds!! Noisy little buggers!! But I'm an early bird anyway. The birds are starting here at 4. It's light now, so I'll be off for my walk in a few minutes.

Can you go to bed earlier do it doesn't feel like such a problem?

Yeah mine has just started to do it too. I don't really mind as I'm usually awake but think you're going to have to start getting used to it. I don't know many kids who don't get up at that time when they're 2 ish but it does seem a bit early for ours. Damn it!

My 15 month old has basically always woken up at 5:30ish. If he sleeps til 6 it's amazing miracle. We've tried everything. So I don't have any solution but solidarity - you are not alone! It's boring but I just try to go to bed early.

She’s always been a 7am baby. And I am not an early bird lol I don’t function well in the mornings.

Try adding an extra layer of blankets. Sounds crazy, but my DD was cold and then used to wake early. An extra two layers and she'll sleep through until 6ish (much better than 4.30!)
