My 3 year old has never been a great sleeper - going to sleep much later than other children her age, around 8/9 ish which is late I know.
The covid situation has knocked any routine we ever had out and now she won't sleep until even later - she is just full of energy even after food and bath time - we did spend some time away just before the 'lockdown' and then straight after the nurseries were closed so we've just swerved off course.
Any advice on how to get her to sleep earlier?
