Hi everyone just after some advice. So our little boy is 20 months and his bedtime routine has always been the same. I read him a book on my lap then he has a bottle and goes to sleep on me and I put him into his cot. He sleeps through until around 5/5.30 every morning. As it's to early I give him a bottle and he goes back down for another couple of hours. He has 1 nap during the day for around 1hr30 - 2hrs.

Should he be going to sleep on his own or will this just happen with age as he gets older??

How can I get him to sleep past 5/5.30??
