My LG is 14 weeks and only naps for 20-40mims. It takes a good 30-40mimutes to get her over .
Her night time sleep is fantastic!!! Almost sleeping through (yay!) but I can't crack this daytime cat-napping. I've tried a swing, white noise, lullabied, dark room, her crib.
Once she's awake there is no getting her back to sleep, even if she's only had 10 minutes. She's wide awake. I've tried gently stroking her face, shushing, restarting the whooooole process.
Oh, and she's also starting screaming at her daddy whenever he tries to settle her, I feel awful! He only wants to help 😞

My daughter is 8 months and still only naps for 20-40 minutes. She also wakes up during the night!! To be honest, if she is sleeping well at night at that age you are lucky! She obviously doesn't need more sleep during the day.
