Hi all, so i have just got my little boy back down to sleep after he woke crying and arching his back. Je wouldnt take a feed or soother. He seemed very upset and i just had to bounce and sing him back to sleep after giving him 2.5ml of calpol as he really seemed in pain.
He is 22 weeks now. Has been on infant gaviscon ainve 16 weeks and it seems ro help him. He has been, what we think is teething since he was about 6 weeks old. He drools so much and chews everything ! Started him on solids at 19 weeks and the last few days he was slowly getting constipated.
Today he was grumpy and grizzly alot of the day but we put it down to a combination of constipation and teething. Gave him 3oz of prune juice over the day and we did get an explosion before bed time. He hasnt fed well today via bottle buy devoured his solids via spoon.
Normally he only wakes at night if hungry but this time wouldnt tale a bottle or his soother. Just was VERY upset and aeching back. Could this be teething/constipation or something else. He is very unsettled even when asleep now 😞poor baban ! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks x
