Sleep regression or time to reduce naps?

Just after a bit of advice - 20 month old DD who suddenly isn’t going to sleep until 8.30/9pm and waking before 6 after previously sleeping 7-6. Just wondering if it’s a phase that anyone else has been through or if it’s time to reduce her nap? Yesterday she had an hour and forty mins so not crazy long but I have heard of some kids not napping at all at 20 months! Scared to cut the nap incase she’s an absolute mess! Thanks

@SS1987 I could have written this post!
Confused

My DD 19 months has been nap resisting for 2weeks now. She used to do a solid 2 hours or 90 mins. She moved to one nap around 14 months.

She is teething with canines (the worst!) and new skills but my goodness I hope she hasn't dropped her nap.

Hang in there!!!!

Definitely time to reduce nap. We dropped entirely about 2.2yo for DS as even a 15 min accidental nap makes such a difference to bed time. He can be a bit ratty if he's had a very busy day but it's definitely easier for me at bedtime. And I get an evening.
